The place was clean and staff were gentle, I loved brilliant location. Cheap room and great communication with the staff. Plenty of food for the buffet breakfast. They had an early check-in. Great reception.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow, made me a little nervous.

Nice design, obliging staff, lovely bed. Large bedroom and marble-lined bathroom. It was airy, and our stay was very comfortable. The shops and a big supermarket were right next door. Having different hot drinks in the honesty bar was a very nice touch.

Nice restaurant, modern design, the best location. The staff were ready to help, and in general FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL. A great selection of options, good food. Easy check in and excellent service. A short walk to the lovely beach.

A perfect base for exploring Funchal. Having a terrace was like a dream. The hotel was situated in the central location.
